The Orange County Sheriff’s Office said one person was pronounced dead at the scene while five others were taken to area hospitals. Four were in critical condition and the other was slightly injured. All are adults.
“We have arrested one person and recovered a weapon that may be involved,” a sheriff’s spokesperson said. The identity of the suspect was not immediately revealed.
