Ms. Eblinger-Mitterlechner previously served on the IIC Partners Board of Directors as Vice President for EMEA. Ian Brenner was elected director. Mr. Brenner is the founder of the Interim Management and Executive Search practice, as well as a number of other consulting firms, within the Canadian Farber Group. From a human capital perspective, IIC says Brenner strives to help companies manage the volatility and uncertainty inherent in both growth and tough times.
Allan Laurie has been appointed director. Dividing his time between the regional regions of Victoria and Sydney, Mr. Laurie is a Managing Partner at Search for NOVUS partners. Working at the crossroads of the public, private and social sectors, he holistically exploits experience in business analysis, operational and organizational performance, development of corporate identity, identification and evaluation of human capital, complex and nuanced navigation of stakeholders. , talent management and strategic business growth. In addition to his executive career, he sits on several Boards of Business for Purpose in regulated environments as a non-executive director. Mr. Laurie is currently the Technology, Digitization and Innovation Practice Group Leader at IIC Partners.
Based in Milan, Roberto Ravagnani was elected administrator. Mr. Ravagnani, of Italian and French nationality, is a partner at Key2People executive search. Mr. Ravagnani specializes in executive search and consultancy work, where he develops projects on organizational design, change management, HR process redesign and new ways of working. A former senior executive and management consultant, he is also a faculty member in organization design at SDA Bocconi, Italy’s leading business school.
In addition, Renee Arrington was elected Vice President, Americas, Matthias Gerstlauer was appointed Vice President, EMEA and Allan Laurie was confirmed by the membership as Vice President, Asia Pacific.
