Letter to the Editor: Lisa Eurich should be our next Summit County Assessor

As a 40-year-old Summit County resident and former Chief Assessor for the Summit County Assessor’s Office, I would like to wholeheartedly endorse Lisa Eurich in the upcoming primary election. I had the pleasure of working with Eurich, both as a fellow Certified Evaluator and as a Supervisor.

I found her extremely hardworking with a desire to learn and grow. Eurich was very thorough and had a very analytical mind, which is required of an appraiser. His excellent communication skills allowed him to work with staff members, home owners and other government agencies in a very professional and productive manner. Eurich has first-hand reassessment experience as well as an in-depth understanding of office policies and procedures necessary to meet Colorado state requirements.

Eurich served as secretary of his local homeowners association. His community involvement includes his work with the Community Garden, the Summit Trail Running Series and the Breckenridge Betties Hockey League. In 2012, she founded the local chapter of Together Women Rise, a non-profit organization that empowers women and girls in disadvantaged areas. She also worked on waste diversion at Breck Octoberfest 2019 and Wine Classic and Beer Fest 2021.

Eurich’s positive attitude and dedication to hard work make her the ideal choice to lead the Assessor’s Office for the people of Summit County. Please consider this and vote for Eurich for Summit County Assessor.
