UCCC will provide island residents and businesses using the Lee County Commercial Marina with additional parking on its Maria Drive property. Residents of Pine Island will benefit from half price parking for boat trailers. There will be ample parking and staging for businesses and technicians who provide service and repairs to homeowners on the barrier islands
The property will require rezoning and UCCC is expected to present the draft proposal at the September 6 meeting of the Greater Pine Island Civic Association.
