The Town of Cypress launches a tender for the landscaping maintenance of the new park



The Town of Cypress has posted a notice soliciting bids for landscaping maintenance for the new park currently under construction at the southeast corner of Lexington Drive and Cerritos Avenue. The official project identification for the tender is Lexington Park Landscape Maintenance Services.

Contract documents can be obtained free of charge by email by calling (714) 229-6760 or by sending an email [email protected].

Those interested in submitting an offer should send the offer by email to [email protected]. Offer must be received no later than Wednesday, November 3 at 10 a.m. All offers will be opened and read aloud on Wednesday, November 3 at 10 a.m. by teleconference.

Participation in an information meeting prior to the submission of tenders is obligatory. The meeting will be held at 9 a.m. on Wednesday, October 20 at the job site, Lexington Park, located at 4600 West Cerritos Avenue in Cypress. The entrance to the park is on Cerritos Avenue, east of Lexington Drive. Participants must log in and log out, and must attend for at least 30 minutes. Safety vests are compulsory.

Only contractors who attend the pre-bid meeting will be allowed to submit a bid.

All bids must be submitted on a form provided by the City.

The park is built on land donated by the Los Alamitos Racecourse.
